Yume (夢) is the Japanese word for “dream,” and that’s where my story begins.
I started making music at 15 with a bass guitar and spent years playing in underground pop-punk bands. In 2011, I began sharing occasional covers of my favourite artists on YouTube, simply for the love of music.
After stepping away for a while, I returned with fresh energy and began shaping my own project. My debut album, Light in the Mirror, a synth-pop / synthwave record, was released in 2021, marking the start of a more personal creative journey.
Each of my releases is always accompanied by original photographs I take myself, extending the music into a visual space that reflects the same mood and atmosphere.
My goal has always been to create something warm, positive, and inspiring.
In 2026, I’m opening a new chapter, returning to my punk rock roots with synths at the core, and expanding the project into a new animated visual world, where my photography meets new creative technologies.
